——— Our Story ———

We believe in restoring spaces back to life, Upcycling!

We created Upcycle in 2015 with the idea of transforming properties from houses to homes. Each property had its unique story, memory, and was once alive. Throughout the years, many of these properties became outdated, abused, and abandoned but the true beauty still exists. Being able to walk into a space and see past all of the ugly and old, and envision what it could be, a home, is the gift Natalie possesses. Paired with Joshua’s ability to build, fix, and execute any project, we combined our gifts to restore properties into a home. This is hard, but rewarding work and we value coming together at the end of the day as a family in a home that is comfortable, organized, and welcoming. Our goal is to be an inspiration to others and teach stewardship of what we own. We have a desire to share our spaces with other to create memories, feel love, and do life together!

We believe these things so deeply that everything we do at Upcycle is in pursuit of inspiring others to be a good steward and share the same experience with us and through us!

Meet Natalie!

Co-Owner | Experience 15+ years in Real Estate Development

With a background in both real estate and law, Natalie served as Director of Special Projects for Jaindl Enterprises on The Waterfront Project which consists of 12 buildings of Office, Residential, and Retail located along the river in Allentown, PA. Prior she served as the Corporate Business Manager in project development for City Center managing 500 million square feet of mixed-use space in a blighted downtown in Pennsylvania. As a paralegal, she was responsible for managing contracts and all other legal documents. Before joining City Center, Natalie served as judicial secretary to the Hon. Paula A. Roscioli in Northampton County and spent six years as executive assistant to the vice president and in-house counsel at real estate developer J.G. Petrucci Co. Natalie decided to leave Corporate America and jump into entrepreneurship when she realized there was no more space on the ladder to climb. Managing debt on one income was a challenge. She is able to speak through experience of sacrifice when it comes to Financial Freedom. Natalie and Joshua moved across states to reduce the cost of living to pay off the $122,000 in combined debt. After her own journey, she decided to become a Certified Financial Coach by Dave Ramsey and expanded her real estate experience by becoming a Realtor. She uses her gifts and experience to inspire women to cherish what they own and turn a house into home! No matter the size, area, or state… paint and vision can go a long way!
