    It starts with a Dream. You may be wanting a new kitchen, bathroom, or house but are not sure where to start. Natalie is here to dream and brainstorm with you to get you one step closer to your dream home.

    It is time to DESIGN and PLAN. Designing a space that is welcoming, organized, and peaceful is what defines HOME for us. We are here to support you through the process.

    The renovation is underway or house is being constructed, we will manage every part of the process from start to finish. In this stage we will develop a budget and schedule and ensure you are in the know!

We believe in restoring spaces back to life, Upcycling! At Upcycle Me Realty, we are committed to building and restoring properties to help create beautiful, safe, and vibrant communities. We are laser focused on rebuilding the East Central Neighborhood in Fort Wayne, IN, one property at a time!

———Meet the Cryer’s———

Joshua and Natalie formed Upcycle Me Realty in 2015 transforming properties from houses to homes. Each property had its unique story, and was once alive. Throughout the years, many of these properties became outdated, abused, and abandoned but the true beauty still exists. Being able to walk into a space and see past the ugly and old, and envision what it could be, a home, is the gift Natalie possesses. Paired with Joshua’s ability to build, fix, and execute any project, we combined our gifts to restore, renew, and revive one property at a time. This is hard, but rewarding work and we value coming together at the end of the day as a family in a home that is comfortable, organized, and welcoming. Our goal is to be an inspiration to others and teach stewardship over our home and finances. We have a desire to share our spaces with other to create memories, feel love, and do life together!

We believe these things so deeply that everything we do at Upcycle is in pursuit of inspiring others to be a good steward and share the same experience with us and through us!
